In order to work with https after installing a valid certificate and adding binding port in IIS manager
Please follow below steps:
1-SQl Table group database
-Adjust in ANNFISC table for all groups to update 'IISserver' field with the name of https server used withe the appropriate certificate installed 
ex: https://server:port

2-Go to system folder and copy below folders where config.fpw  exists under each folder/subfolder and sure overwrite the existing ones
-Soc_MobileWebServices
-Soc_ExtendedWebServices
-Soc_CommonWcfServices
-SocrateDotnet 

3-For Web.config under SocrateWeb folder
find and replace 'https://server:port' with the name of https server and port of the client
(one replacement)

4-For Web.config under Socratedotnet folder
find and replace 'https://server:port' with the name of https server and port of the client
(three replacements)
